3. Access & Delivery

Upon successful purchase, you will receive immediate access to the Notion file containing the complete bundle. Access is provided via email and direct link.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and the Notion file. We are not responsible for lost access due to email account issues or Notion account changes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, prompts, and materials are the intellectual property of Pics Prompts.

You may use these prompts to create images, content, and commercial projects. You own the images and content you generate using these prompts.

However, you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the prompts themselves, the Notion file structure, or any guides or documentation included in the bundle without our written consent.

5. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely via our payment processor.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
